Merel Franke
Merel is a partner in the Corporate Law team of Holla legal & tax. She specialises in corporate & commercial litigation and has extensive experience in the field of liability law and contracts. She has a special interest in franchising (disputes).
Merel advises businesses in designing contracts, in order to prevent disputes in the future. When a dispute arises despite this, she will attempt to reach an agreement through a dialogue between the affected parties. At times, however, it will be necessary to take a matter to court. In this case, Merel will protect the interests of her clients, she is fully committed and has extensive experience in legal proceedings.
Merel is a professor at the Academy of Laws and the Professional Training for lawyers. She is a member of the supervisory board of Museum Eindhoven, of the Rotary Club in Eindhoven-South, and of the business club of soccer team PSV.
