Janina Maduro

Holla partner Janina is an all-rounder, specialising in insolvencies, securities and financing and restructuring issues. Through her many years of experience as a liquidator and administrator, for example for the retail chain The PhoneHouse, she knows better than anyone how to advise directors, shareholders, and enterprises in difficult times, and to assist them in these matters. Her clients are active in business services, retail, and sports.

Described as analytical, pragmatic, a strategic thinker and passionate, Janina guides her clients through any legal process. Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten educational credits each calendar year for every registered main legal practice area in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
