Freek is a lawyer in the Corporate & Commercial Litigation team and in the Financing, Securities & Insolvency team. He advises and litigates on a variety of subjects, such as director’s liability issues, trade disputes and attachment matters. 


Freek is a keen and detail-oriented lawyer. His goal is to reach a deep understanding of each matter and he enjoys solving a complex legal puzzle. In doing so, he will not overlook any practical solutions that may be at hand. Freek is a lawyer who joins his clients in their thought process and tries to see matters from their perspective. And this is where his degree in business administration is often useful.

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training points in each registered main legal area every calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
