Erik joined Holla legal & tax in May 2022. He combines corporate law with health law in an advisory and litigation practice. He has extensive experience advising and acting for healthcare providers and individual professionals in healthcare (care and cure). His clients include hospitals, medical specialist companies (msb’s), independent treatment facilities, nursing homes, medical specialists, and primary care providers.

The main issues Erik manages in his practice are governance issues (management and supervision), joint ventures, contracting and liability of companies/legal persons and director(s). In addition, Erik has extensive experience with privacy issues and lease and property contracts in the healthcare sector.

Erik regularly publishes articles on healthcare-related topics on our website and on his LinkedIn page. Besides that, he organises courses and presentations for clients and through conference organisations.
