Egbert Schelhaas

Egbert has been a lawyer since 1991. He mainly focuses on civil real estate and litigation, and his special area of focus is tenancy law. Among others, he advises investors, developers, and professional tenants. He also acts for suppliers in the construction industry, franchisers, and manufacturers and buyers of machinery and production lines. This includes advising on issues relating to rent and lease, retail, purchase/sale of property and property development, apartment rights, and the purchase/sale of machinery.

Egbert is an experienced litigator. As a result, he knows when legal proceedings are necessary and how they should be conducted. But he also knows in which situation it is better to avoid going to court.
