Vivian Klaassen

Vivian has been working for the Employment Law team of Holla legal & tax since 2021. She handles all facets of collective and individual labor law, and has a special interest in corporate labor law.

She is driven and ambitious. Vivian combines her legal knowledge with a practical approach in complex legal issues. In doing so, she effectively supports clients in finding workable and sustainable solutions. In recent years, she has assisted clients with employment law advice on reorganizations, acquisitions, dismissals (of directors), employee participation, as well as social security issues.

Vivian is persistent and when she has set her mind to something, it is not a question of if, but when this goal will be achieved. However, she is also realistic and knows when to manage expectations. Her commitment and dedication make her a valuable asset to the employment law team and its clients.
