Marilou Mol

Marilou joined the Liability, Insurance & Transport team of Holla legal & tax in August 2022. She mainly focuses on personal injury matters, representing victims of accidents and other personal injury claims.

Marilou enjoys working on legally complex matters in which her clients’ personal interests are paramount. She combines her legal expertise with a practical approach, always remaining mindful of the impact that a personal injury case can have on her clients’ daily lives. By considering both the legal and human aspects of each case, she strives to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

Marilou completed the Grotius postgraduate specialisation programme in Personal Injury Law cum laude and is a member of the Dutch Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (LSA). LSA membership is reserved for lawyers who have demonstrated specialist knowledge and extensive experience in personal injury law and who meet strict annual professional development and quality requirements. She is also a member of the Association of Young Personal Injury Professionals (VJPP), a network dedicated to knowledge sharing and the professional development of young professionals in the personal injury sector.

Marilou is registered with the Netherlands Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) in the field of Personal Injury Law.
