Lawyer

Ko Hamelink

Ko is a lawyer at Holla since 2019 and he is part of the firm’s Government team and the Transition Team. In this capacity he advises and litigates in the legal field of Environmental Law and Energy Law. His clients are mainly governments and project developers. Ko specialises in the development of renewable energy and heat supply and on other matters associated with Environmental law.

Ko has great affinity for political-administrative relations, which is why he combines his work as a lawyer with a membership of a municipal council. This combination of functions enables him to approach legal issues from various different perspectives and to come up with creative solutions.

Besides that, Ko has been seconded to the water board, where he worked as a legal advisor. This gave him the opportunity to get a close look on the internal processes of the government. The experience and the knowledge that he gained enable him to advise his clients on a more detailed level.
