Lieneke is responsible for HR policy at Holla legal & tax, ensuring it aligns with the firm's ambitions and ongoing development. She advises the board and partners on matters such as organisational development, leadership, talent development, and sustainable employability. Together with the board, partners, and employees, she works to create a firm where people can grow, take ownership, and enjoy working together.
Her strength lies in connecting people, organisation, and strategy. Drawing on many years of experience within the (international) legal profession, she understands the importance of leadership, collaboration, and a strong culture in driving the success of a law firm. Lieneke looks beyond the firm itself and closely monitors developments in the market and the evolving needs of clients. Questions such as “What is happening around us? Where are our clients heading? What does this mean for our firm?” serve as important guiding principles in her work. She combines a strategic perspective with a pragmatic and collaborative approach and enjoys working with colleagues across the firm to translate ambitions into tangible results.
