Holla advises shareholder of Imkey Holding B.V. on acquisition by Talent Inc.

The American firm Talent Inc. acquires the Dutch firm Imkey Holding B.V. ("Imkey"). Holla has advised Imkey's shareholder on its sale to Talent Inc. Imkey helps job seekers create resumes and CVs online through their worldwide subscription-based online platform Resume.io (in the Netherlands CVster.nl). Since 2012, the company has helped job seekers in more than 100 countries and build more than 7 million resumes to advance their careers. Imkey's services now fall into the hands of Talent Inc. American-based Talent Inc. founded in 2014, provides professional career services worldwide, including CV writing, LinkedIn profile updating and interview preparation and coaching. By acquiring Imkey's platform Resume.io, Talent Inc. can further expand its services worldwide. The Holla deal team included Pim van de Goor, Alissa van Tongerloo and Dewi Westenberg.
