Çağla has joined the corporate law team of Holla legal & tax in January 2023. Within this team, she mainly focuses on mergers & acquisitions, both national and international transactions, with a special focus on real estate. She is also part of the corporate litigation team, dealing with shareholder disputes and other types of conflict within companies.
