Willem van den Berg

Willem has been working at Holla in the Financing, Securities, and Insolvency team since November 2024. He supports trustees in the settlement of bankruptcies. Before switching to the legal profession, Willem worked as a court clerk at the District Court Midden-Nederland. There he gained valuable experience in bankruptcies, the Debt restructuring Natural Persons Act (also known by its Dutch acronym “WSNP”) and the Dutch Scheme on the Confirmation of Private Plans also known by its Dutch acronym “WHOA”.

Willem stands out for his enthusiasm, his practical approach, and his goal of always keeping the interests of his clients in mind throughout the entire process or legal procedure. In doing so, he places great importance on clear and accessible communication.
