Tim Baets

Since September 2026, Tim has been working at Holla legal & tax, where he is active across several practice areas. Within the Finance, Securities and Insolvency practice, Tim is involved in corporate restructurings involving distressed companies, bankruptcy proceedings and liability disputes. As part of the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice, he also represents clients in a wide range of business disputes, including shareholder disputes and contractual liability matters.

Tim takes a pragmatic and results-oriented approach, without losing sight of the details. He enjoys solving complex legal issues while maintaining a broad perspective and considering all relevant viewpoints. He is always ready to assist both colleagues and clients.

During his studies at Utrecht University, Tim was an active member of a moot court society and served on the board of a student sports association. In addition, he assisted people with legal issues.
