Since February 2025, Sven has been working at Holla legal & tax, specializing in Corporate Law. Within this field, he primarily focuses on advising and guiding Mergers & Acquisitions.

Sven has a strong interest in the (business) economic aspects of M&A. He enjoys exploring clients' business operations and understanding how a transaction aligns with their strategy. By gaining insight into the background of transactions and the motivations of the parties involved, he effectively incorporates these elements into negotiations. When necessary, he also provides strategic input to help resolve potential obstacles.
