Sophia Wittkämper

Sophia joined Holla legal & tax in March 2026 as a lawyer specialising in competition law and commercial contracting, with a focus on vertical agreements such as franchise, agency and (exclusive and selective) distribution. She assists clients in setting up, dismantling and restructuring distribution networks, and supports in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts. In addition, Sophia has extensive experience with cartels, abuse of dominance, compliance programs and notifications of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

She represents companies, trade associations and public entities in a variety of sectors, such as automotive, retail, healthcare, consumer electronics, construction and food. She supports (international) clients at both legal and strategic level and provides assistance in commercial disputes.

Sophia is driven, analytical and personable. Clients appreciate her detailed approach and her ability to translate complex issues into clear, practical solutions.

Sophia is registered in the Register of Legal Practice Areas of the Dutch Bar Association for the following main (and sub) legal areas: Economic Regulation Law and Competition Law. Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training points in each registered main legal area every calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
