Niels Both

Niels has been working at Holla legal & tax since March 2024. He is a member of the Corporate Law team and mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Niels is organized, analytically strong and prefers quality to quantity. He has a keen eye for detail, enabling him to get to the bottom of complex cases. His commitment to client interests is unrivalled. Niels’ previous experience in notarial practices is of good use in his current transaction practice.

Niels wrote an article for the Tijdschrift voor Ondernemingsbestuur, in which he discusses the 'Wet veiligheidstoets investeringen, fusies en overnames' (Dutch Act on the security screening of investments, mergers and acquisitions) and addresses the protection of national security against unwanted investments.
