Marloes Stuurop
Marloes joined the section Employment Law of Holla legal & tax in July 2019 and advises on the broad spectrum of employment law. Marloes also advises on employee participation regulations and penalties and warnings imposed by the labour inspection.
Marloes began her career in 2009 in a position as Legal Professional at Eiffel, where she was seconded to various clients. This gave her the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at different organisations, such as the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) and various legal expenses insurers. In 2013, she decided to make the switch to legal practice and to focus solely on employment law. In this position she often draws on her experience in social law from her time at the Employee Insurance Agency.
With many years of experience in employment law, Marloes obtained a degree for the postgraduate specialist course in employment law in 2018. Marloes distinguishes herself through her practical way of giving advice, without losing sight of the legal substance.
