Mario Dragicevic

Mario is a Tax Advisor and Lawyer. With over 15 years of experience, he has gained extensive insight and knowledge from working at both a Big Four firm and his own practice. At his core, Mario is trained as an international corporate tax specialist, with additional experience in M&A. Over the course of his career, he has deepened and broadened his expertise to include the tax aspects of real estate and family-owned businesses (DGA’s). He frequently advises on VAT, transfer tax, income tax, as well as in Business Succession Planning (BOR) projects. Mario's diverse skillset allows him to serve a wide range of clients, from project developers to healthcare institutions, and from Dutch to international high-net-worth individuals.

Having previously experienced entrepreneurship firsthand and worked in a family office role, Mario understands better than most what it takes to start, run, and grow a business. The common thread in Mario's work and his client base is his personal approach, dedication, and commitment. His clients can expect him to think beyond tax matters and leverage his network to add value. As a result, he is often asked to support both legal implementations and operational processes.
