Maartje Verstappen

Maartje joined the Corporate & Commercial Litigation team at Holla in January 2025. Prior to this, she spent six years working at a prominent law firm in the Randstad region. Maartje provides advice and litigates on corporate legal disputes, such as conflicts between shareholders, commercial disputes, and attachment proceedings. Her expertise extends to both national cases and those with international components.


Maartje is highly analytical and thorough in her approach. She places great importance on a people-oriented perspective in her work, maintaining a balance between being empathetic in relationships and assertive in content. Maartje thrives on close collaboration with clients and other stakeholders to bring cases to a successful conclusion.


In her free time, Maartje enjoys sports. She also applies the same meticulous planning from her work to organizing remarkable trips, where she often combines her passion for wine and mountain hiking. This way, she stays dynamic both professionally and personally.
