Lotte Daniels

Lotte has been working at Holla since September 2026 as part of the Finance, Securities and Insolvency team. Within this team, she assists bankruptcy trustees in handling insolvency proceedings and advises directors and entrepreneurs facing financial difficulties on a wide range of legal matters.

Lotte works with precision and has a strong analytical approach, while always remaining mindful of the people and interests behind each legal issue. She combines her legal background in corporate law with a business administration background, having obtained a Master’s degree in Strategic Management. This enables her to approach matters not only from a legal perspective, but also with a keen understanding of the broader business and strategic context.
