Lieve Aalbers

Lieve has been working as a lawyer within the Criminal Law practice group at Holla legal & tax since August 2026. She represents both individuals and businesses in general criminal and financial-economic criminal cases. In addition, she provides legal assistance to law enforcement officers who become involved in criminal proceedings.

In 2026, Lieve successfully completed her Master’s degree in Criminal Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. During her studies, she also attended the Universitat de València. While completing her master's degree, she already worked within Holla legal & tax’s Criminal Law practice group, where she was involved in handling a wide range of criminal cases.

In her practice, Lieve focuses on criminal cases at every stage, from the initial phase of an investigation through to proceedings before the criminal courts. Lieve is known for her meticulous approach, paying close attention to both the legal and factual aspects of each case.
