Lenny Godding

Lenny has been with Holla since July 2026. As an attorney, he focuses on corporate litigation: disputes within and surrounding businesses. He advises and represents shareholders, directors, entrepreneurs and companies in situations where cooperation is under pressure or legal action becomes necessary.

Lenny has a broad background in restructuring, insolvency law and litigation. As a result, he looks beyond the legal dispute itself. He understands that conflicts often affect commercial interests, business continuity, reputation and professional relationships. His advice is therefore practical, strategic and results-oriented.

Clients value Lenny for his speed, sharp analytical skills and clear communication. He enjoys litigating and does so with conviction, but only when it serves the client’s best interests. When a smart solution outside the courtroom is more effective, he will explore that route. When litigation is unavoidable, he is a steadfast advocate for his clients.

Lenny is active in several professional and business networks and also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Poppodium Grenswerk in Venlo. Outside the office, he enjoys music, cooking and gravel biking.
