Kim joined Holla’s Intellectual Property, IT & Privacy team in 2002. She focuses on the business serviceshealthcare and public sectors. Kim specialises in data protection and privacy law. The protection of private and confidential information is increasingly becoming indispensable in this digital age.


Kim has great passion and perseverance. She is kind and courteous, but persistant to get to the bottom of a case. Clients know what to expect, because Kim is clear and realistic. Kim has an eye for detail: an important trait in intellectual property law.

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training points per calendar year in each registered main legal practice area, in accordance with the standards set by the Dutch Bar Association.
