Joris van Haalen

Joris is a thoughtful and driven lawyer who always finds a solution. With his experience as both an attorney and in-house legal counsel, he understands what his clients are looking for. His pragmatic approach enables him to provide swift advice with answers that clients can truly act on.

Joris works within the Employment Law team. In his practice, he assists companies, organizations, and employees. What energizes him is that every situation requires a different approach, no case is ever the same. Employment law is always about people, which is what makes this field so engaging to him.

Outside the courtroom, Joris is highly active: he runs marathons and enjoys cycling in the French mountains, such as Mont Ventoux, preferably multiple times a day. He also volunteers by cycling with the elderly. His perseverance is strongly reflected in his work.
