Joost Schunselaar
Joost has joined the business unit Employment Law of Holla in March 2018. He advises and litigates on every aspect of individual and collective employment law. Besides employment law in the broad sense, Joost specifically focuses on co-determination, participation schemes for employees and penalties imposed by the labour inspection.
Since the start of his career in 2014, Joost focused on employment law. After three years he transitioned to the team of employment law specialists at Holla legal & tax. In the last few years he specialised in employee participation law. He is chairman of the works council of Holla, which gives him the opportunity to link theory to practice. Early 2021 Joost graduated cum laude from the specialty course Employment Law of the Grotius Academy.
