Gijs van Berkel

Gijs has been working at Holla legal & tax since February 2026 as part of the Intellectual Property, IT and Privacy team. In this team, he advises on matters related to privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, telecommunications and digital regulation. Before joining Holla legal & tax, Gijs successfully completed his Master’s in Civil Law at Radboud University and gained experience as a student employee at a renowned law firm in Amsterdam.

He works with great attention to detail and expresses himself clearly, both orally and in writing. Gijs is creative and pragmatic, and he enjoys thinking outside the box. He takes a thorough approach to his work and finds satisfaction in solving complex legal issues.
