Floor Coopmans

Floor has been with Holla legal & tax since September 2023. Floor is a member of our Corporate Law team. Within this team she primarily focuses on Corporate & Commercial Litigation and Commercial Contracting. She is involved in a variety of commercial disputes. Furthermore, she drafts and reviews commercial contracts.

Floor is a motivated solicitor with a true passion for her field of expertise. She approaches complex legal issues with a curiosity and an open attitude. She also enjoys collaborating with entrepreneurs to achieve the best possible outcome. Within Holla she is also part of our ESG-Team, which assists companies in making their operations (legally) sustainable.
