Ferry Weelen

Ferry is a corporate lawyer and has been a Holla partner since 2001. He has always been strongly internationally oriented, which is illustrated by the fact that, in addition to his law studies, he also studied French and Italian. It is not surprising that he specialises in all legal aspects of international business. His focus areas are the agricultural, industry, business services and health care sectors.

Ferry’s gift for languages is a true asset in his international practice. He is proficient in over ten languages, which has often proved to be of significant benefit to his clients. Ferry enjoys assisting Dutch businesses with the negotiation of international contracts, such as partnerships, agency, distribution, franchising, as well as proceedings and arbitration.

From 2009 to 2020 Ferry was a board member of the European Law Firm (ELF). ELF is the first pan-European group practice of law firms. Besides that, Ferry has been appointed honorary consul for France.
