Carmen Aarns

Carmen Aarns has been working at Holla legal & tax in the Employment Law section since February 2025. Within this dynamic practice, she focuses on employment law in the broadest sense. Carmen advises and represents both national and international clients in various matters, including reorganizations, illness and disability, individual dismissals, and disputes concerning non-compete clauses.

In 2024, Carmen obtained her Master's degree in Civil Law from Radboud University, successfully combining her studies with playing volleyball at the premier league level. During her studies and previous work experience, she developed a strong affinity for employment law. Thanks to her experience and personal approach, she guides clients in a professional and committed manner.
