Awa Farboud Sheshdeh

Awa has been working at Holla since December 2025 as part of the Financing, Securities & Insolvency team. In this role, she supports bankruptcy trustees in winding up insolvencies, advises directors and entrepreneurs facing financial difficulties, and handles matters relating to restructurings, financing and security rights.

Awa works with precision, structure and pragmatism. Her keen eye for detail is invaluable in the wide range of tasks she performs. Driven by her passion for the law and her genuine interest in people, she strives not only to ensure smooth legal processes but also to provide clients with clarity and a sense of trust.

In addition to Dutch law, Awa is also familiar with German and English law. This international perspective enables her to approach legal issues from multiple angles and to develop creative, well-considered solutions.
