Amarisa Lachmansingh

Amarisa Lachmansingh is a lawyer in our Procurement and Government team at our ’s-Hertogenbosch office.

She specializes in public procurement law and construction law. In the field of public procurement, Amarisa advises both contracting authorities and (bidding) companies. She focuses on the preventive assessment of procurement procedures, contributes to the drafting of procurement documents, and represents clients in procurement disputes. In addition, Amarisa is involved in civil construction law. In this context, she represents both clients, as well as consultants and contractors, in and out of court.

Amarisa distinguishes herself through her thorough legal expertise, combined with a practical and solution-oriented approach. She works analytically and meticulously, with a strong eye for detail, while always keeping her clients’ commercial interests in mind. Thanks to her experience in both procurement and construction law, she is able to quickly grasp complex issues and translate them into clear, concrete strategies.
