Amarisa Lachmansingh

Amarisa Lachmansingh is a lawyer in our Procurement and Government team at our ’s-Hertogenbosch office.

She specializes in public procurement law and construction law. In the field of public procurement, Amarisa advises both contracting authorities and (bidding) companies. She focuses on the preventive assessment of procurement procedures, contributes to the drafting of procurement documents, and represents clients in procurement disputes. In addition, Amarisa is involved in civil construction law. In this context, she represents both clients, as well as consultants and contractors, in and out of court.

Amarisa distinguishes herself through her thorough legal expertise, combined with a practical and solution-oriented approach. She works analytically and meticulously, with a strong eye for detail, while always keeping her clients’ commercial interests in mind. Thanks to her experience in both procurement and construction law, she is able to quickly grasp complex issues and translate them into clear, concrete strategies. Clients value her accessibility, accuracy, and her ability to provide clear and to-the-point advice.

Amarisa publishes in professional journals in the fields of real estate, public procurement and construction law. She is also a board member of the Association of Real Estate Lawyers.

Education

  • 2021 – 2022, Tilburg University, Master of Contract and Liability Law.

Amarisa is registered in the Register of Legal Practice Areas of the Dutch Bar Association for the following main (and sub) legal areas: Public Procurement Law and Construction Law. Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training points in each registered main legal area every calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
