Aimée Ishimwe has been part of the Employment Law section since February 2026. Within this dynamic area of law, she feels completely at home. She advises and litigates on behalf of both national and international clients, guiding them through a wide range of often complex Employment Law matters.

Aimée brings a combination of legal expertise and business experience. After completing several internships at reputable law firms, she worked as in-house counsel within an international commercial organisation. This background enables her not only to deliver sharp legal analyses but also to translate these into practical and workable solutions. At the same time, she consistently maintains a strong focus on the human aspect of Employment Law.
