Çağla Kaya

Çağla Kaya has been working at Holla legal & tax since January 1, 2023, as a member of the Corporate Law team. Her specialization lies in Mergers & Acquisitions, where she guides clients throughout the entire acquisition process. From the initial negotiations to the closing of the transaction, Çağla is deeply involved and dedicated to achieving a successful deal.

Çağla is also known for her approachable and flexible working style. She works with great enthusiasm to resolve both legal and practical challenges. Clients can always rely on her for committed and expert support.

In addition to her work in the mergers and acquisitions practice, Çağla assists clients in legal disputes within the field of corporate law. As a member of the Corporate & Commercial Litigation team, she combines her expertise in the M&A practice with representing clients in corporate law disputes, including shareholder conflicts and various commercial disputes.
