Luuk Jonker

Luuk heads the Intellectual Property, IT & Privacy team, and is widely recognised as an expert in trademark and copyright law. In addition, he advises on all aspects of ICT law, ranging from licensing agreements to complex maintenance and service contracts. Luuk has been with the firm since 1997 and became a partner in 2007. Since 2021, he is Holla's Managing Partner Finance.
