Jessie Liebregts

Jessie is HR manager at Holla legal & tax, and she is responsible for Holla’s HR policy and its implementation and execution. Besides that, she provides support and advice on a variety of HR topics such as recruitment, talent management, strategic personnel planning, performance management, terms of employment, employment law, absenteeism, and sustainable employability.

Jessie can be characterised as enthusiastic, loyal, honest, reliable, and binding. In her daily work, she combines a professional attitude with a people-oriented approach. Jessie is a good listener and a strong interviewer, which enables her to understand people and situations quickly. Jessie is someone who looks for practical solutions, knows how to set the pace, and knows how to keep it up until her final goal has been reached.
