Holla Advocaten treats personal data with the utmost care. We ensure that any personal information you provide is handled confidentially. We do this from time to time, by ascertaining whether the services we provide are in line with requirements in the field of data protection and compliance with legislation on data protection.

From which point in time will we collect personal data?
We will collect your personal data on a number of occasions. For example, from the time at which you subscribe to our newsletter, use our contact form or enter your data to apply for a position with us.

Why do we collect personal data?
The personal data that we collect via our website(s) are only used for the purposes for which they have been provided. For example, we will only use your personal data to send you our newsletter when you have subscribed to receive it. If you have submitted the online application form, we will only use your personal data to assess your suitability and availability for a certain position and to contact you about this. How long do we retain the personal data collected on our website(s)?
