Sandra has been a lawyer since 1999 and joined Holla legal & tax as a partner in 2021. Before this, she has worked at several international law firms. Sandra is part of the Corporate Law team, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity and joint ventures. In addition to that, she advises on (commercial and corporate) contracts. She enjoys working with a variety of clients, including family businesses.
Working in a team gives Sandra energy. She likes the synergy between lawyers, the inhouse legal team and external advisers, such as accountants, tax advisers and corporate finance specialists. She is very committed to her work and is always available for her clients. Sandra is somebody who will put her shoulders to the wheel and make sure that the job gets done.
