Ruud joined Holla’s Corporate Law & Company Law team in September 2022. Ruud regularly handles company conflicts, such as shareholders’ or partners’ disputes. In addition, Ruud often assists entrepreneurs in commercial conflicts, for example when contractual agreements are not met. As a specialist in Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Ruud regularly acts in legal proceedings before courts, tribunals or arbitrations.
Ruud is a passionate lawyer with an eye for detail. When handling a dispute, Ruud gives his client a realistic assessment of his or her position – in understandable language. Ruud is an experienced negotiator and is energized by (vigorously) defending his client’s legal interests in proceedings.
In his spare time, Ruud likes to play sports, read a biography or drink a glass of wine. In addition, Ruud likes to volunteer for charities.
