Robert has over twenty-five years of experience in the legal profession and has worked at Holla for over 12 years. He specialises in corporate law and has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, nationally and internationally. With his team, Robert advises clients in the IT, agricultural and business services sectors.
Robert’s approach is best described as ‘connecting’. In negotiations where stakeholders start out with widely opposing interests, he has often proven to have the stamina that is needed to achieve a constructive solution for all parties concerned.
As a lawyer Robert is involved, responsible and always available for his clients. His sense of perspective and his background (Robert is born and partly raised in New Zealand) are useful assets in international negotiations and when managing cultural differences. Language is one of his strengths; his contracts in Dutch and English are clear and precise.
