Monique Jansen

Moniek has been working for Holla legal & tax since December 2020. She is part of the Corporate Law team and the commercial contracts team and mainly focuses on matters involving commercial contracts law, such as analysing and preparing various kinds of commercial agreements.

As a lawyer, Monique is committed, and her work is meticulous. She has excellent analytical skills and does not shy away from a legally complex issue. Monique enjoys exploring all legal aspects of a matter.

Monique is interested in national and international matters. That is why, besides her Dutch Law studies, she also studied European and international law. She completed some of her courses in European and international law at the University of Pécs in Hungary. Monique also worked as an intern at a law firm in France. This is where she was first introduced to the legal practice, including contracts and corporate law. And this was a great opportunity for her to improve her knowledge of the French language.
