Mark joined Holla legal & tax in March 2022. He is part of the Financing, Securities and Insolvency team and works closely with the liquidators of Holla when handling bankruptcies. Besides that, he focuses on restructuring matters and Corporate Law matters.
Mark has excellent analytical skills, which is the result of his previous experience working in the financial and legal sectors. It enables him to view a matter from different perspectives and to convert his theoretical knowledge into pragmatic solutions for his clients.
