Machiel Roosendaal

Machiel joined the team Intellectual Property, ICT & Privacy of Holla legal & tax in April 2020. He mainly deals with infringement cases in the field of trademark law, copyright law, design law, and trade name law, but he also advises and litigates in other areas of IP law.

Machiel is decisive, has strong communicative skills, and is creative in finding solutions. He does not settle easily, and he will not take the easy way out. Furthermore, his strength lies in the fact that he is very sociable.
