Maarten has joined the team of government specialists at Holla legal & tax in February 2022. He focuses on legal matters in the cross-over area between public and private law. He specialises in procurement, subsidies, state aid and private law in relation to the public sector.
His strong interest in the constitutional order and the rule of law is valuable when advising on legal matters regarding all government actions. It enables him to get to the bottom of these issues and to regard them from different perspectives. He will work on matters in a structured and accurate manner.
Maarten can be described as disciplined and tenacious; he will not shy away from challenges. In addition to that, the personal aspect of legal matters is important to him. That is why he is very approachable.
