Jaimy joined the Employment Law team of Holla legal & tax in September 2016. She advises and litigates on all aspects of collective and individual employment law. Besides that, Jaimy specialises in (international) sports law. In this capacity she advises and litigates for sports clubs, athletes, and sports agents.

Jaimy is one of the few lawyers in the Netherlands who obtained a master’s degree in sports law and a degree for the speciality course in (international) sports law. With her specialist knowledge she developed a significant international network in the sports industry. Besides that, she works as an ad-hoc clerk at the CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sports), she is a member of the Arbitration Committee of Pro Agent and a member of the Appeal Board of the Sports Case-law Institute (Instituut Sportrechtspraak).

Colleagues and clients describe Jaimy as an approachable, enthusiastic, and solution-driven lawyer.
