Ineke Paul-van Velzen

Ineke joined the Liability, Insurance and Transport Business Unit in 2016. Previously, she worked in the personal injury department of a large insurance company. Ineke is mainly active in the field of personal damage. She assists victims but also acts for insurers and companies in disputes relating to traffic accidents and industrial accidents. In addition, Ineke regularly deals with coverage disputes, professional liability, and other damage issues.

Ineke is a member of the LSA, the Dutch association for personal injury lawyers. This association has the highest possible quality standards and they guarantee them in different ways. In addition to her training as a lawyer, Ineke graduated cum laude from the Grotius specialty course Personal Injury. Besides that, it is mandatory for her to keep her knowledge up to date, and she spends at least 500 hours per year on personal injury matters. Ineke is also a member of the VJPP, the association for young professional in personal injury, and she is registered with the Dutch bar in the field of personal injury.

The combination of the human aspect and the legal aspect is what appeals to Ineke in the field of personal injury. She enjoys diving into a legally complex matter, but she also likes to explain legal terms to her clients and make them comprehensible. Loyalty and accessibility are important to Ineke, and she will not shy away from a good discussion.
