Harriët joined the Employment Law team of Holla Advocaten in October 2019. With her extensive experience, there is no employment law issue that is unfamiliar to her. From a reorganisation to the harmonisation of working conditions, but also in the field of dismissal law, Harriët feels perfectly at home as a committed and practical lawyer.
Harriët is thorough and pragmatical. She is a quick thinker and is able to translate her thoughts into practical solutions. Besides that, she can operate on a strategic level, without losing sight of the big picture.
Harriët mainly acts for employers, which is natural for her, because she grew up in an entrepreneurial family. In the remote past, she worked for the Dutch employee insurance agency (UWV) and this experience is still useful to her on a daily basis. She specialises in illness in the workforce, reintegration, and other related issues, such as wage sanctions.
