Gertjan is a lawyer since 2011 and since 2020 he is part of the team of real estate specialists at Holla legal & tax. His expertise is tenancy law. He is a member of the Complaints Committee of the Wonen Zuid housing corporation and a member of the Association of Tenancy Lawyers (VHA). Besides that, he is a member of the Association of Construction Lawyers (VBR-A) and the Association of Real Estate Lawyers (VVJ).
Gertjan advises project developers, institutional investors, and retailers. He also acts for housing corporations and healthcare real estate users. Due to his many years of experience in litigation, he is well able to assess whether the interests of his clients benefit from an amicable settlement or legal proceedings.
