Femmie works at Holla legal & tax since June 2020, she started as a legal assistant and is a lawyer at our firm since March 2021. Femmie advises and litigates in matters concerning privacy, intellectual property, and IT, this includes the context of commercial contracting.
Within her expertise Femmie focuses on privacy and data protection law in several sectors, including health and welfare, business services, telecom, the public sector and the (international) gaming industry. She manages a broad spectrum of issues, including preparing privacy statements and data processor agreements and advising on international data transfers and data breaches. Femmie publishes regularly on our website and on her LinkedIn page.
Femmie is accurate and organised as a lawyer. She looks at issues with a creative and fresh look, which enables her to approach a legal issue from different points of view in order to find a creative solution for her client. Femmie communicates clearly and openly, but she is also a go-getter who works hard, gets involved in a case and does not shy away from a challenge.
That Femmie does not shy away from a challenge is illustrated by her international experience in Madrid and by the fact that she graduated cum laude from her master’s program, that was taught in English.
