In June 2020, Femmie started at the business unit Intellectual Property, ICT & Privacy. She is particularly interested in issues of privacy and data protection.

Femmie obtained her English-language master’s degree in Law and Technology at Tilburg University cum laude. During her studies, she worked for a year in the general board of her study association and she completed several internships in both the legal profession and at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society, where she contributed to academic research.

Through these experiences, she discovered that her passion and ambition lies in privacy law, the legal profession and writing articles about new (technological) developments.

In addition, during her bachelor’s degree, Femmie studied for half a year in the beautiful city of Madrid, where she developed a love for the Spanish language and culture. In her spare time, Femmie likes to ride her pink racing bike or put on her running shoes. During summer she likes to return to the Zeeuwse Costa, where her roots lie.
