Estée Veltrop, Insolvency Officer

Estée has worked at Holla since 2012 in the position of insolvency officer. Estée has completed a Master’s degree in Private Law at Maastricht University. Her legal background is very useful in her work as insolvency officer. From our Eindhoven office, she supports the receivers and administrators in all practical and administrative matters related to bankruptcies, moratoriums and statutory debt rescheduling arrangements.

Her activities in a bankruptcy include securing the administration and assets, representing the interests of staff and other creditors, debt collection, supporting the monetization of assets and the provision of financial reporting and the account and accountability to the court.

Estée is involved and proactive. She knows how to tackle things and stands her ground, even under great (time) pressure and when different interests are at play. Her colleagues appreciate her for her cheerfulness and humor.

Estée’s involvement with her colleagues is evident from the fact that she is active in Holla’s works council.
